Welcome to the Synergy ‘Blogazine’

I’m delighted to introduce you to Syniverse’s newest publication – the Synergy “blogazine.” This new communications platform takes its name from the melding of our corporate blog and corporate magazine into a single publication that we think brings together the best of both in a format that will foster increasing levels of engagement. And we can’t wait for you to experience some of the new features.

The extension of the name Synergy from our corporate magazine to our blogazine blends the feature thought-leadership content of our magazine and combines it with the regular posts we’ve been sharing on our corporate blog, known up to now as the Syniverse Blog.

The blogazine marks an exciting evolution that offers readers several new benefits:

  • The new format enables us to make use of a wider range of multimedia elements, like video clips, sound bites and instant polls, to present content in more engaging ways.
  • The new Synergy streamlines the feature thought leadership from our former magazine with the content in our weekly blog posts to make it easier to access the latest Syniverse insights through one central resource.
  • The blogazine is more tightly integrated with our social media channels, which creates conversations that are more inviting for you to follow and engage.

In addition to new format and technology features, we’re also expanding our topics. In the last few months, we’ve featured posts on alternative channels for mobile engagement that go beyond the app, new ways that mobile is enriching the travel experience, and some of the hottest trends in the dynamic mobile market in India. And in coming months, we‘ll continue to broaden our posts to offer you timely topics – like how “mobile context” can be used to enrich personal mobile experiences, and how LTE and 4G promise to continue their revolution of mobile experiences.

As Chief Corporate Relations Officer and Chief of Staff, Mary Clark leads Syniverse’s global external and internal communications, which includes managing all public relations functions and serving as the company’s primary spokesperson, and she also oversees cross-functional alignment across Syniverse’s business. Within the mobile industry, Ms. Clark is an Associate Director for the Competitive Carriers Association, is on the board for CTIA Wireless Foundation, and also serves on the CMO Council North America Advisory Board. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of Delaware.
