6 Fundamentals of Successful Mobile Engagement

2015_Trends-ThumbnailThe ability to strengthen customer engagement through precise mobile outreach has rapidly become a must for today’s consumer companies. This engagement is about forming personal relationships with customers through highly tailored interactions, and in today’s mobile world this is more possible than ever. Sophisticated smartphones, innovative apps and high-speed networks enable unprecedented levels of consumer interaction, and mobile devices have evolved into supercomputers that are so valuable that people have them within reach at all times.

I recently explored the new challenges and opportunities of this interaction in an article published in Mobile Marketer magazine, “6 Fundamentals of Successful Mobile Engagement.” As the title describes, I identify six elements of mobile engagement that I think provide a structure for marketers to better integrate the power of mobile in interacting with consumers.
