Join Syniverse’s ‘Building Brand Trust with Mobile’ Webinar on March 17

One question that many of us in the mobile industry and consumer sector have been grappling with is, to what extent are consumers willing to share personal data in return for more personalized services along their mobile journey? To better determine how they feel about this, Syniverse commissioned a survey of 8,000 consumers in eight countries to uncover their attitudes toward mobile privacy, and we just announced the findings at Mobile World Congress.

The results are eye-opening. They reveal that in the last three years consumer trust in brands and mobile operators to safeguard their personal information has fallen dramatically. This is particularly crucial for companies looking for ways to build brand trust with their constantly connected customers through the provision of contextually relevant communications and services that add value to the customer in the “mobile moment”. How companies can bridge this growing “trust gap” and prove the value of personalized mobile services to their customers is the focus of our next Syniverse webinar, “Building Brand Trust with Mobile.”
