New Whiteboard Video Illustrates Multitude of Opportunities for Mobile Engagement

From text messaging, to picture sharing, to social media use, to Web surfing, life is happening through the portal of our mobile phones. Knowing this, it’s no wonder that companies of all types are using mobile to engage their customers in relevant and timely ways.

There are countless opportunities to reach and interact with customers through mobile. Emails, text messages and location-based notifications are just a few examples. These interactions and more are illustrated in Syniverse’s latest whiteboard video as we experience a day in the life of our character, Erin.

Our story shows how as a result of opting in to receive information from her favorite brands, Erin is able to enjoy fulfilling experiences with the companies she does business with. She receives offers and notifications in the right channel, at the right place and at the right time, strengthening her engagement with each brand along the way.
